[cma-l] Young People on the Radio

The shows that we have with presenters under 18 (the youngest is currently
13) rely on parental/.guardian attendance. Although four of the Directors
are Enhanced CRB checked it's not feasible to cover the shows that are
presented by them. Most parents/guardians (it's worth checking their
role/status) are more than happy to sit in, and in one case has now got a
show of their own. I think we've been quite enlightened by what these young
persons have wanted to play, and also by their reliability. Work expereince
presents almost entirely different issues that have to do with PLI.
