Do you care about the Community Media sector and want to contribute to
its development? Why not stand for the CMA Council or nominate someone
else?
Please ensure that you send your Nomination Form to the CMA office by
12.00 noon on Wednesday 24 November 2004. Nominees for Council
Membership must be paid-up members of the CMA, or representatives of
organisations, which are themselves paid-up members. Nominations and
resolutions must be in writing and should have a proposer and seconder
who must also be members of the CMA. There are seven places for
election this year to serve a two-year term on the CMA Council.

you would like advice or to discuss standing for election.

The CMA Conference and AGM is an annual policy event to discuss
developments within the Community Media sector. The day includes the
latest news from the sector, lively discussion sessions and an
opportunity for CMA Members to elect the CMA Council for the
forthcoming year. The Conference 2004 and AGM is being organised with
support from New Style Radio in Birmingham.
