[cma-l] CMA Fees Survey

Dear all,

At the AGM in December 2016 it was suggested from the floor that the CMA
Membership could and should be increased and the mood from the room was in
support.

Inspired by that proposal at the AGM, and as we look towards forming the
new charitable organisation I have developed a membership fee survey for a
proposed tiered membership structure.

I am looking for your views on the proposed concept and tiered structure,
including the element that organisations under a certain income would have
free membership. Please note that I am proposing that these fees would be
for 2020 onwards, and we would have a stepped increase from launch until
then.
