Unfortunately BT are not massively helpful unless you have lots of money to spend. However probably best to speak to their commercial sales team and see if they can direct you from there. Sales people are generally a bit more eager to help

When I called the switchboard to find out where I could direct a complaint, the man on the switchboard said "we're too busy to deal with you sir" and put the phone down.  (I think she was standing next to him and told him to say that but I can't be sure).

So it was either a problem with BT's work practices or maybe I don't have as much natural charm as I thought I had.
