[cma-l] STL and BT

Yes, I've had a very bad experience with BT.  Some of the largest buildings
in Brentwood are owned/operated by BT and they have a regional head office
here too.

I found the number of the Facilities Manager who ignored 10 phone messages
over a period of 8 weeks.  When I eventually spoke to her she told me the
answer was a no, she didn't want to discuss it and instructed me not to
call her again!

When I called the switchboard to find out where I could direct a complaint,
the man on the switchboard said "we're too busy to deal with you sir" and
put the phone down.  (I think she was standing next to him and told him to
say that but I can't be sure).

So it was either a problem with BT's work practices or maybe I don't have
as much natural charm as I thought I had.
