[cma-l] Advert scheduling

We have invoicing and payment down to a tee (almost). I'm trying to get
all clients to pay by direct debit, either in one go or over the campaign
and it's working for the most. One client is happy for a weekly direct
debit to go out for the foreseeable, we're using gocardless (which was
suggested to me by the CMA as it happens) and the fees are very
reasonable. We also have a Stripe account set up for card payments
although the fees for this are slightly higher I think.

A couple of key people at WCR have remote access to the Ad Scheduler so we
can put in ads as and when they come in.

I would like to get some sort of integrated CRM/Invoicing system set up,
such as quickbooks but I don't think it's worth the cost at the moment.

I think the idea of a cloud based client/ad management system (excluding
the scheduling I guess) would be excellent and I suppose it would be easier
to collate data from around the sector.
