I believe in Scotland quite  a few talking newspaper services certainly used
to use the facilities of local hospital radio studios.

 

If you're interested in working in the area of talking newspoapers and radio
for the blind generally, or just want local contacts, it might be worth
getting in touch with the community radio station RNIB Connect in Glasgow
(formerly known as Insight Radio).
