Nick has got it dead right at grass roots level - as usual:

We are doing all of this the wrong way round ... we've got the tail waggingthe Dog. They're dictating the odds because we have no policy, no mandate,no decision.By the way, if PRS/PPL are coming to Conference, I wouldn't bother listeningto any speeches, just go straight into ''any questions'' and then standaside as you may get trampled underfoot in the stampede.I'm definitely coming to watch this happen.
