[cma-l] AM for CR

Sorry, I missed the key word beginning with "O".  I would point your 
client to London (or is he there already?) where restrictions on the use 
of the FM band meant that a number of CR awards were on AM last time.  I 
think none of the additional London AM licences got on the air.
