[cma-l] PPL / PRS for Music mini consultation

Morning Murray

Yes, this matter will be discussed again at Council level. It is a
recurring theme that Council last looked at in 2015.

We will also get responses from PPL and PRS on the issues that have been
raised - and also request a forum for sector members to meet with them and
air their concerns.
