[cma-l] Antenna installation on council building - help

What David and I are both looking for is specimen rental agreements where an FM antenna installation is to be mounted on a tall building owned or operated by a Local Authority.
Unfortunately, the grounded fake flagpole option isn't feasible for efficient FM propagation Tony - sorry.
