[cma-l] The Cost Of The DAB Trials

PPL has never been noted for adopting rational or fair policies towards small
stations. Why would they suddenly start now when another excuse to shaft us
presents itself?!
 
PRS has always had notably fairer and more sensible arrangements in my
experience.
