Does anyone else have under 18s on their station and if so how do you go
about managing them as minors? Do they broadcast live? Are they
supervised? The reason I ask is we're looking to open our doors to under
18s on a more permanent basis.

We currently offer something called The Youth Academy
(www.theyouthacademy.org.uk <http://www.theyouthacademy.org.uk>) - I
spoke to few of you about this in Melton Mowbray - and at present the
main progression route after completing our workshops/course is being
able to present on a regular youth-led show, however now I'm looking to
increase the scope and cater to young people who want to get more
involved more often.

Not to mention a chance to address the 100s of emails I get every year
from young people looking for work experience.

Any guidance is very welcome!
