Does anyone else have under 18s on their station and if so how do
you go about managing them as minors? Do they broadcast live? Are
they supervised? The reason I ask is we're looking to open our doors
to under 18s on a more permanent basis.<br>

We currently offer something called The Youth Academy (<a
href="http://www.theyouthacademy.org.uk" target="_blank">www.theyouthacademy.org.uk</a>)
- I spoke to few of you about this in Melton Mowbray - and at
present the main progression route after completing our
workshops/course is being able to present on a regular youth-led
show, however now I'm looking to increase the scope and cater to
young people who want to get more involved more often.</div>

every year from young people looking for work experience.</div>
