[cma-l] Community Radio Spot Rate

If it were as "much" as £80 a day, even that is double allowance revealed
in the recent DCMS consultation - kind of puts it into perspective.

I wonder if that's more the problem that the commercial stations have - not
the direct competition for advertising cake, but that it might by
association devalue the whole cake?
