'Do Something Brilliant' <http://www.dosomethingbrilliant.co.uk> has teamed
up with The Sunday Times to launch The Change Makers
<http://www.dosomethingbrilliant.co.uk/thechangemakers>, in association
with Sparknews Impact Journalism Day <http://ijd.sparknews.com/>, a
celebration of individuals with ideas that make a difference - the
brilliant, innovative initiatives over the last 5 years that have had a big
impact where you live.

2014’s Change Maker will be profiled in The Sunday Times, Britain’s
biggest-selling Sunday newspaper, and feature in forty newspapers around
the world. The prize also includes communications support from The Sunday
Times and Media Trust, £1000 cash to put towards the winning innovation and
national television coverage on Community Channel.

You can nominate yourself or someone else now. The competition is open to
UK residents aged 18 and over. The innovative idea must have had a
measurable positive social impact and be replicable.
