<p><a href="http://www.dosomethingbrilliant.co.uk" target="_blank">'Do Something Brilliant'</a> has teamed up with The Sunday Times to launch <a href="http://www.dosomethingbrilliant.co.uk/thechangemakers" target="_blank">The Change Makers</a>, in
association with <a href="http://ijd.sparknews.com/">Sparknews Impact Journalism Day</a>, a celebration of
individuals with ideas that make a difference - the brilliant,
innovative initiatives over the last 5 years that have had a big impact
where you live.</p>
<p>2014’s Change Maker will be profiled in The Sunday Times, Britain’s
biggest-selling Sunday newspaper, and feature in forty newspapers around
the world. The prize also includes communications support from The
Sunday Times and Media Trust, £1000 cash to put towards the winning
innovation and national television coverage on Community Channel.</p>
<p>You can nominate yourself or someone else now. The competition is
open to UK residents aged 18 and over. The innovative idea must have had
