[cma-l] Transmitter site agreement

Hi Stephen,
       Although we now have 2 transmitter sites operating on a test
transmission basis until we launch on the 30th August we have separate
lease agreements in place which are entirely different as one is with a
housing association and the other with Trust land owners who have very
specific requirements.
