[cma-l] Transmitter site agreement

Hi, has anyone put together a template, that they would be willing to share, for formalising a relationship between a site landlord and our station for our transmission sites? We have 3 sites to cover and rather than re-inventing the wheel I am keen to make certain we have covered all the bases.
