The Republic of Angels in Lithuania celebrates it's independence on April
1st. (this is not an April Fools prank). The Teesside Embassy will play host
to the celebrations online and seek to bring together friends and
Ambassadors all over the world with multiple web streams and a string of

will be a live stream running so you can wave to our friends in Lithuania.

Užhupis is quite small, situated in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. On
one side it is separated from the Old Town by the Vilnia River, on the other
there are steep hills, and on the third there is an industrial area built
under the Soviet rule. The first bridges across the river were built in the
