Three cheers for the four young teams of community media winners at
today's national First Light Movie awards at the Odeon Leicester
Square.

The winning teams and projects were

Disability swimmers from Exeter - Digital Documenters Award

Homeless young people from Bridgwater - New Voice award

Young People's Film Council from Somerset - Best Drama

Stogursey Junior School - Best Animation

All testament to the power of community media. Happy Birthday too for
First Light, ten years old this year.
