TalkTalk Digital Heroes Awards

The TalkTalk Digital Heroes Awards are open for applications. The 
awards, from TalkTalk in collaboration with Citizens Online, will go to 
12 individuals, one from each region of the UK, who are using digital 
technology to bring about positive change in their local community.

Eleven individuals will win £5,000 to put towards developing their 
digital project, and one overall winner will receive £10,000. All 12 
winners get free broadband from TalkTalk for 18 months.

The deadline for applications is 30 September 2010.
