[cma-l] Licence Fee is a Tax - straight from the horse's mouth

Hasn't that been obvious for decades?

Effectively, it's a Poll Tax in the true sense.
Unfortunately, I don't think HMG will classify Community Radio as "Public Service Broadcasting"!

Heard just now on the Andrew Marr show, "the license fee is a tax to fund public service broadcasting" in an interview with Jeremy Hunt.
 
Now about that 1%
