Effectively, it's a Poll Tax in the true sense.<BR>Unfortunately, I don't think HMG will classify Community Radio as "Public Service Broadcasting"!<BR> <BR>

Heard just now on the Andrew Marr show, "the license fee is a tax to fund public service broadcasting" in an interview with Jeremy Hunt.<BR> <BR>Now about that 1%<BR><BR>
