Station House Media Unit, at the forefront of Community Media 
development in the UK, is a volunteer led charitable company operating 
across the regeneration areas of Aberdeen, Scotland.

We are looking for 4 exceptional, innovative, community minded 
individuals to join our team in the following positions:

*shmuDESIGN Manager* -- full-time post
Salary: £26,728 to £29,698
You will manage and implement the graphic and web design needs of the 
organisation; support and deliver the key design phases of all community 
magazines; and work alongside the Project Director and Senior Management 
Team in order to develop and implement the income generating strategy 
for the shmuDESIGN strand.

*Reading Radio Development Worker* -- full-time post
Salary: £23,426 to £25,550
You will work as part of the shmuFM Staff Team in partnership with The 
Reading Bus to develop a radio broadcast and production programme across 
14 schools in Aberdeen.
You will be a highly motivated individual, with substantial experience 
of working with young people in a radio environment.
Post funded by BBC Children in Need for 3 years

*shmuFM Radio Support Worker* -- 20hrs per week
Salary: £20,694 to £22,706 pro-rata
You will work as part of the shmuFM Staff Team to support all aspects of 
radio training, broadcasting and production for the shmuFM community 
radio station; and to support and encourage the use of radio as a medium 
to positively re-engage learners from a variety of different backgrounds.
Post funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund until 
October 2012

*shmuTRAIN Employability Support Worker* -- full-time post
Salary: £20,694 to £22,706
You will promote, encourage and support new and existing volunteers to 
participate in the shmuWORKS programme, focusing on employability skills 
through the use of community & digital media. The post-holder will also 
act as the key operational link to the Aberdeen Works Employability 
Pipeline Consortium.
