[cma-l] Proposal to establish a combined authority for Greater Manchester - Consultation

Community media projects in North-West England should be aware that
the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities has published a
scheme for the establishment of a combined authority for Greater
Manchester.

The consultation seeks views on this proposal and on the proposed
structure, constitution and functions of the new authority.
