[cma-l] Agreements between radio station and transmitter site landlords...

We're fortunate in having a local farmer who just 
lets have a pole and a shed in a field for free.

Be wary of the rates people though.  We had to 
apply for planning permssion for the transmitter, 
which meant that Business Rates became aware of 
it, and they came out, and valued the site at 
almost £3000 obviously assuming that we were a 
multinational mobile phone company.
