[cma-l] Desktop media players and windows sidebar gadgets

Hi,

Using www.widgetbox.com and www.clearspring.com - you can effectively
distribute widgets for a number of platforms including Vista Sidebar
and Mac OS.

You can create HTML, image and Flash based widgets.

I've virally promoted videos in this manner, and created a radio station widget.

It is the most simple and effective way of using a number of widget
platforms I've found. Unless you want to get into developing widgets
for each individual platform.
