Having only yesterday contacted all the royalties agencies to obtain 
their current rates for a Client putting together a Community Radio 
Licence application, I am disturbed to see how complex the fee 
calculation situation has become - and how MCPS, even after several 
years of active Community Radio, still hasn't made up its mind about how 
much to charge.

As these fees are effectively mandatory on all broadcasters, surely it 
would be logical for Ofcom to incorporate them into the fee structure 
for the station, as it does with the WTA licence?
