And which of these they have listened to in the past x weeks.

Then if LeedselevenFM is included in the second list press on. If not 
don't. Possibly hand them a station card and ask them to give it a try soon.

Record or ask the basic demographics first.

Stick with the same questions and protocols every time you repeat the 
exercise.
