[cma-l] Community radio letter in the Guardian today!

I am fully aware of the OFCOM fund being for the whole of the UK. However it 
is all swings and roundabouts in the world of funding. There are equally 
lots of pots of funding that we don't have access to here in Wales or at a 
reduced level etc etc so no need to feel that we are at an advantage over 
the Welsh Assembly funding pot.

I don't want to get into a dialogue over this and I only posted the reply to 
the letter in the Guardian as the original letter had also been circulated!
