Hi, I have checked this morning with Ofcom over the concerns raised by 
another member of this list in allowing live broadcast programmes by the 
under 15's.

Ofcom confirm, as have various industry colleagues, they cannot find such a 
ruling that forbids this.

Ofcom did make a point of the need of CRB checks, young person protection 
policies (for under 18's) which are in their guidelines.

Aplogies for any undue concern this may have raised.
