If the site has been built on dreamweaver then you can use a piece of
software called Contribute (which is part of the package of software
that dreamweaver comes in) Basically it is a WYSiWYG application that
allows you to browse to a page on your site and edit it. It's easy and
can be configured to allow various levels of people to edit their
pages, some you can approve before they go online
