Hi

As you know we've been developing a new qualification in radio over
the last year and it's almost ready for delivery.  This is a flexible
qualification that can be studied full-time or as part of a
forthcoming apprenticeship programme.  Learners can take a broad
combination of units, or choose one of six specialised pathways in:
content; technical production; production; research; image and
commercial production; presentation.

The qualification may be of particular interest to the community radio
sector because it will provide an opportunity to draw down funding to
deliver training.  I'd be grateful if you could therefore circulate
this to your members and invite them to contact me if they're
interested in delivering this qualification or if they simply want to
find out more about what it involves.  A copy of the finalised unit
content is attached.
