Hi all
There is no rule that a charity cannot employ someone related to one of
the Trustees. The important thing is that the arrangement is clear and
transparent, and that the Trustee does not benefit from the arrangement
in any way. Also crucial that you have an agreed contract for services
to be provided and that you are issued with a clear third party invoice
- both of these can help to demonstrate transparency.
