In conjunction with the Make Poverty History coalition
(http://www.makepovertyhistory.org/) and Edinburgh's Telford College
(http://www.ed-coll.ac.uk/) the Community Media Association (CMA) is
broadcasting "Make Poverty History Radio" from Edinburgh on Saturday 2nd
July.

The broadcast will take place on 87.7FM across Edinburgh and streamed
over the Internet.

The CMA (http://www.commedia.org.uk/) is looking for 13 volunteers
to support the FM and Internet broadcast. We need experienced on-air
anchors, roving reporters, producers and web technicians.

MPH Radio will capture the mood and scenes from this historic rally with
live links, vox pops and interviews with high-profile supporters of the
Make Poverty History campaign. MPH Radio will also carry lively
discussions and debates themed around the issues of trade, aid and debt.

We have already received pledges of support from community radio
stations throughout the UK and worldwide who will be rebroadcasting
content from MPH Radio on 2nd July and after the rally.

Please contact Bill Best (details below) if you are interested in taking
part in this unique and exciting radio project.
