In light of the recent communications from the radio authority I believe
that we might all have a better idea of when we are starting. We are
going to be able to start, albeit on reduced power, on the 28th Feb. we
should be able to go up to the full level a few weeks after that. When
is every one else planning to start and how firm are your dates for
this?
