Dear All,

With apologies to those that have already done this! If you haven't
already sent in details of the numbers attending next monday, could you
please get them to me ASAP so that I can finalise arrangements etc. If you
are NOT planning to send any delegates, please ALSO let me know this so
that I can get any important information posted to you.

PLEASE NOTE that I understand that in addition to Soo Williams and Mark
Thomas from The Radio Authority, Professor Anthony Everitt the independent
evaluator for the AR project will also be present and will be outlining the
evaluation process. (Depending on the postal service, some of you may
already have received details on this from Soo Williams who sent a letter
to groups yesterday).

*****IMPORTANT***** The venue operators have, without telling me, changed
the rooms we will be using at the LVRSC! I have not seen this location and
only discovered the change when I rang to confirm everything was OK with
them earlier today. However, the conference organiser there assures me
that everything will be fine...... :-}

Therefore, the details for the event are now:
Monday 26th November 2001, registration 10.00 - 10.45 for 11.00 AM start, at:

THE JONES SUITE
London Voluntary Sector
Resource Centre (LVSRC)
356 Holloway Road
LONDON
N7 6PA

The nearest tube station is Holloway Road on the Picadilly Line.

The day will begin with registration between 10.00 and 10.45 AM (Tea,
coffee etc. served from 10.00)

Morning sessions will run from 11.00 to 13.00

Lunch (13.00 to 14.00) which includes a vegetarian option

Afternoon sessions from 14.00 to 16.00 (Tea Coffee served at 14.45)

I look forward to seeing you all there, and to hearing from those who have
yet to send attendance figures as soon as practically possible (thanks!).

With best regards;
Sincerely,

Lawrie.
