I'm not sure whether you saw this ?    it's a news story about resilience
and building resilience.

Suggested questions are below with my suggested answers :-

1.     Why is resilience such a good life skill to possess?

2.     Does everyone need resilience?

3.     How can we build resilience?

4.     What are your top tips for building resilience?

5.   Where can listeners go for more information?

1.	Because in the Community Radio sector if you didn't have it you
would go dooo-lally
2.	In the Community Radio sector (abso-bloomin-lootly)
3.	Spend 14 Years banging your head against a brick wall in the
Community Radio sector
4.	Set up a Community Radio Station
5.	Not sure ?? ... but certainly not the DCMS, as they seem to be
detached from reality
