[cma-l] New Charity Governance Code

Hi all

In our experience of working with stations, governance is one of those
subjects that people acknowledge as being important but too few actually
devote to getting right.  Indeed, I know of at least one failed station
where poor governance led to its closure.

So, this new tool

from NCVO looks very useful/useable.  I know it says 'Charity' but there's
a lot to be drawn on for all social enterprises....
