[cma-l] Advert scheduling

It would be very interesting to develop a standard of expectations (with
support and training) in terms of scheduling and reporting for advertising,
regardless of local or national. I suspect any attempt to have a national
framework needs this is place.

I am sure this is something that the CMA (or myself) would be happy to help
facilitate between interested parties?
