[cma-l] Funding News: Awards for All (England only)

Following the recent changes to the Big Lottery Fund's scheme for grants up
to £10,000, make sure that any bid on the old form goes in by *11th August
2017*.

After that, applications need to be on the *new form*, which you can access
here:

Key new features of the scheme are:

   - Revised priorities (though still very general)
   - No restriction on who can apply for repeat funding
   - Salary and running costs can now be funded
   - Fewer questions on the form - but you still need to make your case
