[cma-l] Radio academy 30 under 30

James,

I want to challenge you to say that CR is part of the wider radio industry,
and why can a volunteer not be seen to "go far" regardless of them being
employed by commercial radio or BBC or them being a volunteer.

I agree that I think its about changing hearts and minds in the wider
industry so that community radio is more visible and engaged with..

I could do a shameless plug for the community radio awards, but I have had
some people from the wider industry congratulate the awards and the
stations / people who received awards... so thats a start.
