I wonder how they would handle the consultation feedback if every single
response said, as we will, that for the new tariff to be fair, the combined
minimum fee should be dramatically reduced, to say £400 for both bodies
combined, that there should be no additional fee for simulcasts (be they
Internet or DAB), and there should be a new 1% royalty band for stations
with very low NBR (say below a threshold of £50k-100k pa).
