[cma-l] Well-being and community media survey

[CMA-L]

In September, we posted a blog contribution from Keith Hackett (
http://bit.ly/2dkAcOy) in which he showed that community media and,
specifically, social housing, are working together to promote and enable
improvements to community well-being.

In order to help Keith, the CMA would like you to complete a very short
survey telling us about any current or recent collaborations - regardless
of whether or not these have been social housing providers - which have
focused on activities to do with improving well-being (i.e. mental and
physical health, education, employment) in your communities.

We will run this survey for four weeks until *Tuesday 13th December*.
