[cma-l] Tallest ever Community Radio Mast?

As I understand it, their budget will be in the "Money No Object"
category.  A friends son is an IP Network Engineer for one of these
organisations, and his brief is to build the best and quickest with no
regard for cost.  Crazy, but that's the world of banking for you.
