This is my list:Ofcom should cease to suggest that AM is a feasible alternative to FM.Ofcom should as a result remove its proposal to offer AM Licences on a nationwide basis in the second half of 2016.Ofcom should accept that it cannot theoretically determine that no FM frequencies are available in any specific area.Ofcom should as a result invite spectral scans from Applicants and examine such results positively, adapting its stringent interference criteria to suit if necessary.Ofcom should accept that well-founded requests for coverage increase are inevitable and receive appropriately prompt and positive treatment.Ofcom should be prepared to listen to and react positively to requests which fall outside its arbitrary rules.Ofcom should accept that it cannot maintain a response of "it is not our policy" to complaints of treatment which would be considered unfair or indeed unlawful in a normal business environment.Ofcom should accept that its processes in dealing with Licensees must be fair, open and made available on receipt of a suitable request.Ofcom should set up an on-line Community Radio Advisory Panel that confers with its senior figures and those of Government and the DCMS as required on a monthly basis.Ofcom should accept that it has to listen more to its Stakeholders.

The Community Media Association is meeting with Ofcom on Thursday 10th March 2016. Please detail any specific issues that you would like the CMA to raise with Ofcom using the form below:

As well as the extension to the small-scale DAB trial, the CMA will also discuss training and education initiatives with Ofcom on key commitments as mentioned in their statement issued today:
If the sector thinks that there are benefits from standardised record-keeping beyond what is currently required by Ofcom, it remains possible for the sector to organise this, perhaps via an umbrella organisation such as the CMA. We welcome the suggestion from the CMA to contribute to the development of a number of training and education initiatives around record-keeping under the new Key Commitments, and will explore this further with the CMA as part of our regular engagement programme with them.
And on Friday 11th March 2016 the CMA is meeting with the Department of Culture Media & Sport . Please detail any specific issues that you would like the CMA to raise with DCMS here.
