Key Commitments are the part of a community radio licence which describes
the type of service that the community radio station must provide, and
include elements such as the nature of the programme output, and the ways
in which the station will deliver community benefits.

Ofcom published a consultation in July 2015 on a proposal to streamline and
simplify how Key Commitments are recorded in community radio licences, and
asked for views on this proposal.

Having considered all the consultation responses, Ofcom confirms their
proposal to proceed with the proposed changes, with one minor modification
to their original proposition.
