This is how I did it for The Park. I took a broadband dongle I had spare,
flashed it with the non-branded version of the Mobile Dongle software I
downloaded FOC from the web (saving the software fee Julian mentioned) and
asked if I could choose the number from the stock of SIMs at my local phone
shop. Had a great number, years of service and no cost apart from the
occasional top-up and used the O2 service. :-)
