How do they think they are....

 Have you read the questions....

 If they were doing the job they originally got a licence for, they would not be bothered about Community Radio Station/s in their area.

 We can't help if the communities we serve listen to us and local businesses advertise with us rather than on the commercial radio station in the area.

 What actions do they think they can take ??

The Radiocentre Policy Group has raised concerns about the continuing growth of the sector and the need to ensure that community radio stations, run on a not-for-profit basis, really deliver content such as training, news and discussion which is of benefit to local communities, as required by the terms of their licences.
